10 sister duos to watch in college volleyball this season

Texas rises, Nebraska remains atop latest Power 10

College volleyball continues to be a family affair in the 2025 season with sisters competing with and against each other across the country.

From the Nnamani sisters leading Stanford to a national championship in 2004 and the Skinner girls powering Kentucky to their first ever title crown in 2020 to the Starck sisters in the 2024 season headlining the title year for Penn State, the sport of volleyball has seen its fair share of dynamic siblings.

Take a look at just some of the duos hitting the court this year, continuing the sisterhood of college volleyball.

In her first match of the 2025 season, she earned AVCA Player of the Match in a five-set dual against Kansas. Her younger sister, Ava Jurevicius, joins the team this year as a freshmen defensive specialist and a three-time state champion.
